How it all began…

My name is Chloe, and I am the founder of EverZen meditation and mindfulness.

In 2014, I was running a family day-care, managing an autoimmune disease, juggling the responsibilities of being a mum and step-mum while also studying early childhood education. This led to burnout and overwhelming stress. After experiencing a panic attack, a ride in an ambulance, and a diagnosis of a genetic heart condition, my mental health deteriorated further. Caught in a cycle of fight, flight, or freeze, I realised something had to change. Desperate for relief one night, I Googled meditation and tried meditating for the first time.

Since then, meditation has become a daily practice, providing comfort and healing. It helped me conquer fears, anxiety, and stress, build resilience, find forgiveness, and navigate emotions I previously struggled to process.

Between 2014 and 2024, I explored various jobs in child care, swimming instruction, and floristry. In 2023, I faced a significant challenge with heart surgery, during which meditation became my refuge. It was around this time that I began studying my Advanced Certificate in Meditation through ACMM to gain skills and qualifications to help others benefit from meditation and mindfulness.

Having firsthand experience with high-pressure workplaces, health setbacks, parenting, and mental health challenges, I am passionate about empowering others to navigate life's obstacles. Through meditation and mindfulness, I guide individuals to embrace their true selves, cultivate inner strength, and evolve into their authentic essence.

Welcome to EverZen—Empower, Embrace, Evolve.
